GLEN MILLER, PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER:
Mr. Miller offers over 40 years of professional and entrepreneurial waste industry experience. He currently serves as the President and CEO of Gold Medal Services. Prior to Gold Medal Services, Mr. Miller founded Choice Environmental Service, Inc., a leading provider of integrated solid waste and recycling services to commercial, residential and industrial customers throughout Florida. Under Mr. Miller’s leadership, Choice became one of the largest waste service providers in the state, owning six collection operations, one municipal solid waste transfer, two materials recovery facilities. Mr. Miller merged Choice into Swisher Hygiene (SWSH) in March 2010 but remained as CEO of the waste unit until November 2012, when the company merged with Progressive Waste Solutions (BIN). Preceding this experience, Mr. Miller served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Eastern Environmental Services (EESI) in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets. He remained with EESI until the company merged with Waste Management, Inc. in 1999. Mr. Miller began his career with his father’s hauling company, Super Kwik, which served the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey marketplace.  Mr. Miller has been involved in over 100 mergers and acquisitions throughout his career. In addition to his waste services career, Mr. Miller is the Founder and Chairman of the Bailey Miller Family Foundation, an organization supporting numerous charities that focus on children in special situations, and animal rescue and adoption. He is also a member of the President’s Council of Gift of Life International.

JIM SAGE, VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER:
Mr. Sage brings over 35 years of progressively responsible experience in the solid waste industry, directing as many as 400 employees with annual revenues in excess of $80 million at BFI. Mr. Sage currently serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Gold Medal Services where he has been instrumental in the Company’s recent acquisition success and rapid growth. Prior to Gold Medal, Mr. Sage served as an Executive Vice President at Choice Environmental Services in Florida. In 2005, he founded Sterling Environmental, which he sold to Mr. Miller and Choice in 2008. He has also held various management-level positions at several well-known waste service companies in the past including Progressive Waste Solutions and BFI/ Allied Waste. Mr. Sage hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from San Jose University.

JOE BRIARTON, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS:
Joe Briarton is Gold Medal Environmental’s Vice President of Operations. He is in charge of the Company’s day-to-day operations including acquisition integration, new contract start-up, training and safety programs and personnel management. Joe has over 30 years of operations, business development, strategic planning and project management experience in the waste and recycling industry. He has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success. Prior to Gold Medal, Joe was the Director of Hauling Operations at Progressive Waste Solutions. He worked at Progressive Waste Solutions for over six years, and was in charge of transitioning the company from traditional rear load type vehicles to automated units in both the United States and Canada. Prior to Progressive, Joe was the Regional Vice President of Choice Environmental Services. He played a key role in making Choice one of the largest waste service providers in Florida. Prior to Choice, Joe held senior management positions at WSI and Florida Recycling.

JAY GROSSBERG, DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING:
Mr. Grossberg has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, beginning as a 4th generation family member in the wholesale furniture industry.  After becoming the Vice President of Sales and surpassing sales goals year after year, he transitioned into the waste and recycling industry. Jay joined the Action Environmental Group and was a key member of the executive sales team.  In this role, Jay focused on the top tier corporate customer base primarily comprised of hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, nursing facilities, national chain retailers, restaurants and large construction companies.  In addition to his customer base, Jay was instrumental in government and municipal bid projects. Jay holds a degree in Business Management from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

JOHN COGGINS, GENERAL MANAGER, CAPE MAY AND DEPTFORD FACILITIES:
Mr. Coggins is a seasoned waste industry professional with over 25 years of experience in driving operational excellence and enabling profitable growth. John’s experience includes managing several hauling companies through acquisitions and he clearly understands the value added benefits associated with planning ahead, consolidating resources, establishing measurable goals and driving accountability. Prior to joining the Gold Medal team John had held General Manager positions with two Fortune 500 Companies in the waste industry (Waste Management and Republic Services), Family owned business (Coggins Waste, Inc. and investor owned companies. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and resides with his wife and 3 children in Cape May County, NJ.
